There are only 8 rooms, and most seem to be occupied by people staying for months rather than days. When we arrived at 11, we knew we couldn't check in yet, but we'd messaged ahead to ask if we could leave our bags and say we were coming. No one replied, and there was nobody at reception. We waited over an hour for someone to show up, and he didn't seem to know what he was doing. We had plans, so that delay was frustrating, though if you're not in a hurry you could take a dip in the pool and relax. The check-in time was unclear too. Agoda says 12, Airbnb says 1, and the hotel finally replied that check-in was at 2.

The room was okay, but the management was terrible. I stayed for a month and paid the rent and deposit in advance, in cash. When the contract ended, the owner said he would return the deposit to my bank account within a few days, but he didn't. I said I would update my review if it was refunded. Update after 5 months: I contacted the owner via WhatsApp and he refunded the deposit.

I booked 10 days ahead for a work trip, and the bed was awful. You could feel the springs everywhere, and they couldn't provide a proper receipt. Even so, the worst part was arriving for a booking I'd made 5 days before check-in: I got there at 7 pm, within the stated check-in hours, but there was no staff and everything was closed. I called and messaged the owner with no response. He read my message and still didn't answer. About 10 minutes later, he sent a staff member, who told me the place was overbooked. The owner had the whole day to let me know, but said nothing and didn't even apologize. I tried calling to discuss it, but he turned off his phone. This was my worst hotel booking experience. I plan to report it to every platform where the place is listed and ask them to reconsider working with it. I wouldn't recommend staying here. The owner has no responsibility at all.

The place was quiet, and the staff were very friendly, but there were too many things we didn't like for the stay to feel good. The hotel is modern, the rooms look nice, and they were very clean. Still, the beds were so hard that I never slept well, and the air con pointed straight at the bed, so we didn't feel well using it at night. The plastic pool chairs didn't seem meant for The. The advertised “24 hours reception” wasn't really available, and we had to buy toilet paper ourselves because we couldn't get any from the hotel. The kitchen was often closed when staff weren't there. We also couldn't rent a scooter at the hotel, so had to find one elsewhere. The beach is quite far and can only be reached if you have a scooter. We didn't like the location. The laundry service was especially disappointing. We dropped clothes off in the early afternoon and were told they'd be ready the next afternoon. When we went to collect them, nobody was there and nobody had told us anything. We asked again the day after, only to be told the laundry center was closed that day. In the end, it took two days longer than promised to get our laundry back. For us, the stay was okay, not good.
