The place looked good and had good reviews, but I never checked in because the dates got mixed up. I contacted them and got no reply, so I didn’t trust that the room at pensiri would actually be there for my last night after checking out of Patong beach. They had contacted me to guarantee the booking by card, which I did, then they deleted the message. Later I noticed the payment terms said 50% by PayPal 48h before arrival and the other 50% in cash on arrival. I sent four, five, maybe six messages asking if I could pay in full before arriving or in full on arrival, and heard nothing. I only needed a single night near the airport. One page said check in on the 12th, another the 13th, and then Booking.com mixed up the date when contacting the property for me, somehow suggesting the 14th was fine. Their communication is non-existent. I won’t use either the property or the service again unless I absolutely have to.

For about 270€ through Booking.com, I stayed 14 nights and couldn’t have found better value. This is an amazing, budget-friendly hotel close to nayiang beach. The only downside is that it’s far from Patong, where everything happens. Apart from that, it was totally amazing.

The beach is only a five-minute walk away and works well for families with young children. Most of the tourists there also had kids, and the atmosphere was very peaceful. Prices were reasonable, and I was satisfied with our three-night stay. The rooms and facilities were average, but the owner, a very kind and wonderful lady, made the visit delightful for me, my wife, and our daughter.

The neighborhood was lovely, and the beach was only a three-minute walk away. Our nights were perfectly comfortable. I’d read some negative reviews beforehand, but after staying here I couldn’t see what they were referring to. The room was spacious and incredibly clean, even inside the AC unit, with no mold anywhere.
