The host is very kind, and for the price the green, natural feel with a touch of luxury is really nice. You might notice a smell at certain times because it's near the municipal waste truck station, but it isn't much.

I came as an expat looking for a cheap place to stay for a few months while I searched for a house, and somehow ended up here for almost two years. Khun Karn is a wonderful landlady, always helpful and never making you feel like a request is too much. There's a coffee shop/cafe on site, coin operated laundry, and a little shop just 30 seconds away around the corner. Even though the main road is only 100m away, it's quiet here and handy if you work nearby. A great choice on a budget, highly recommended.

I spent two and a half months here and had no problems at all. My room was peaceful and the service was good. I'd recommend staying here, and hope I can come back someday. Be sure to try their coffee 🙂
