Pirunsin Resort

The owner wouldn't return my deposit, and gave no reason. The walls are thin, so I could hear my neighbors talking at night, and there was a lot of noise outside 🙂‍↕️🥲

The location is close to shops and other amenities, but my stay was a mess. I was never allowed to use the shared kitchen and was given no explanation. The room's plumbing was awful. The sink first began leaking on the day I checked in, then leaked three more times, and I was made to pay for repairs. When the toilet started leaking for reasons I still don't know, I had to replace the whole thing myself. My friends who stayed there also said their sink started leaking in the first week. I spent 6,000 baht in extra plumbing costs altogether. The contract listed fees to be deducted at the end, and those were charged, but the landlady also took another 500 baht for washing bed linens, a charge that hadn't been mentioned anywhere. Friends told me air conditioning cleaning is normally paid by the landlord, but I was charged for that as well. I feel this is ripping off foreigners and shows the worst side of Thai hospitality. All the plumbing needs replacing before these rooms are rented out. I strongly advise against staying here. There are better and cheaper options, and I don't recommend this hotel.

It's quiet, private, clean, and peaceful here, and close to Nai Thon Beach, Nai Yang Beach, and the airport.

The accommodation is peaceful and quiet because it's set back from the main road. It's near the airport, and the price is friendly.
