Ron's Bungalow

The bungalows were cleaned every day, and whenever we had a question, Ron and his wife were really helpful. I stayed for a month and found it such a nice place, with hospitality from them that went above and beyond. I'll stay again. Thank you Ron & Marinda.

I came mainly to train at Bangtao Muay Thai & MMA, which is about a five-minute walk. Turn right out of the property, go to the end of the road, then turn right again. The garden view from the front porch is relaxing, and there's plenty of storage. The kitchenette has all the cutlery and cooking gear needed, including a hot plate, microwave, toaster, kettle, and fridge. The bathroom had the most amazing water pressure on the whole island. The bed was spacious, and noise was minimal, so I could go to bed early. There is a call to prayer from the mosque next door at 5am, but I'm used to it and usually slept through it or wore earplugs, so it didn't really affect my sleep. The staff were absolutely lovely. My stay was perfect.

The area is quiet, and the garden is pretty and well maintained, a nice place to sit outside the room. Bangtao beach is just a 300 meter walk away, and you can hear the waves from the bungalow. The bungalow was lovely and reasonably priced. Each room has a kitchen with things like a water boiler, electric stove, and microwave. We enjoyed staying here and recommend it to anyone after this kind of place. 👍👏🏽🥳

I stayed in a family room with everything needed for comfort: a mini kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, induction stove, dishes, TV, Wi-Fi, and more. It was very, very clean, and the firm mattress was great for a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly, cool, and very responsive, and it was nice talking with them. Bang Tao beach is 5-7 minutes away, while Surin is about 20 minutes away. There are cafes, shops, and massage parlours nearby, though the place is a bit far from public life, so having transport is ideal. There's a mosque nearby, and you might wake to the azan. It seems quieter in the other houses farther away. A great spot for a long stay.
