Hi, we're due to arrive late Friday, sometime between 9 and 10 pm, and need to find out whether someone will be there to check us in. I've tried calling your number and the other OYO Services number but haven't been able to reach anyone or get an answer. Please get back to me as soon as possible. If there's no one available, we'll need to cancel and book somewhere else. Thank you.

We were told on arrival that it doesn't exist. 😡 This has happened with two other OYO places too. I wouldn't book with this company again!

I’d already paid for the stay, but once I got there I couldn’t stay because I’d booked through the wrong website. She said I had to get a refund and find another place. Really disappointing. I don’t recommend it.

I'd give this place minus ten stars if I could. I booked a week and a half ahead, but when I arrived they said they were full and told me to find somewhere else. The staff wouldn't work with me to sort anything out. They hung up, then stopped answering my calls. I can't recommend staying here at all.
