I've never written a bad review before, but this stay was awful. We left and found a great room near the airport. The location felt unsafe to me, at the end of the street, and nobody was at reception when we wanted to ask for a refund, so we couldn't even request one. The place was dirty. Dirt was falling from the ceiling over the bed, there were two empty beer bottles on the deck, and we heard mice fighting above the ceiling. The toilet was... just avoid this place. We also wanted to ask about the shuttle, but there was only a child, around nine, who said he had no phone to contact the owner or manager. When someone eventually came to reception, they didn't speak English at all.

The owners were nice, but I really wasn't impressed with the property. It felt run down, and the pictures don't match what you get. There were loads of mosquitoes both inside and out. I got bitten more during this stay than in the whole month I spent in Thailand. The food wasn't great, though being able to order it on site was convenient. The free shuttle is a nice extra, but you can get a ride for 200 baht anywhere in Nai Yang.

I really liked soodsoi. It's a lovely place to stay for a few days in phiket, close to the airport with free guest pick-up. The landlord is very kind and offers useful tips, and she'll help arrange your trip.

We had a great stay in one of the newly built apartments. It was clean and modern, with a good shower, fridge, and air-conditioning. If you need somewhere near the airport, I'd choose this place.

Such a clean, charming place with lots of character. The owners were kind and helpful, and the location made everything easy: the beach and market are close, and the airport is within walking distance. I had an early flight, so I just walked there.
