Dinner was excellent, and the service was great. Pin was especially cheerful and greeted us every day. Breakfast had something for everyone, and I particularly enjoyed the seeded bread. We had a bike, which made it easy to get around; the beach is about six minutes away by bike or car. The rooms matched what was advertised, but some pool tiles were missing and parts of the pool needed maintenance. There was almost no tea setup in the room: one black tea was provided and never replaced. Room cleaning was also missed twice.

The restaurant food was delicious, and there was plenty of choice at breakfast, though it could have been kept warmer. Apple and Jup in the restaurant were so kind to our 3-year-old and greeted him warmly every morning. Room service was a little hit or miss, with water missing one day and towels another, but a quick chat sorted those things out. We stayed as a family of three and had a lovely time. The hotel has a modern style and lots of plants, which make it feel relaxed and welcoming. The kids’ pool is great, and the playroom is well designed for both younger and older children. We were on the second floor, but would choose a pool villa if we came back. It’s about 10 minutes from the airport, and the price felt fair. We’d recommend it for a short stay of 1-3 days and would gladly tell friends and family about it. Thanks for having us! 💚

The villa buildings have no upstairs rooms, so there was no noise from above. But sound traveled badly between rooms, and we could clearly hear almost every sound from next door. There should also be clearer pool etiquette guidance: close to midnight, guests were talking loudly and playing in the water, and the jacuzzi made a lot of noise that carried into nearby rooms. The resort is newly opened, so everything felt tidy, clean, and charming. The pool was in excellent condition, and the staff were friendly. It’s quite far from the main road, though, with little nearby beyond a 7-Eleven. Food delivery choices were limited too. The lobby staff were welcoming, but sometimes seemed a bit unprofessional. Breakfast was about what you’d expect from an average 4-star resort, with limited variety and nothing memorable. Housekeeping was very unprofessional. During my three-night stay, amenities weren’t properly replenished, and hair in the drain was never cleared. On checkout day, with about 2.5 hours still left before checkout, a staff member opened the door and came in without checking if anyone was inside. I was in the bathroom and felt shocked and embarrassed. They realized I hadn’t checked out and left straight away, but nobody apologized. The room also needed clearer information about services and rules. To request room service or housekeeping, guests had to download the resort app and scan a QR code linked to the room. There wasn’t a code anywhere in my room, so after I asked at the lobby, a staff member had to bring a tablet up to scan it for me. That was inconvenient. I still had a pleasant stay and would likely visit again. Thanks.

The rooms are quirky and stylish, and having a swim-up pool was good fun. The hotel is easy to reach, with a bus to the beautiful beaches and a quick transfer from the airport. All the staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and well trained. The restaurant team were great, especially Apple, and everyone at reception was excellent too. We loved staying here and would come again.
