I visited the project last week. From what I can see, it’ll be a gorgeous place with lovely landscaping once it’s finished. I can’t wait to see the completed project!

Best project in Phuket! The land was purchased in 2019 and all building permits were received in February 2022. Construction is set to start in May 2022, with no delay to the start. The quality is very good!

We bought an apartment here in 2019, but the construction dates keep getting pushed back. It’s 2022 and they haven’t even built the first floor. There are promises all the time, and I don’t trust this project anymore.

They’ve been building for over three years and still can’t get it finished. The completion dates they promise for a year from now seem unrealistic. Why promise customers something that won’t happen? The location by the sewage canal is unfortunate, with a sewage smell and mosquitoes.
