The rest of the staff were kind and friendly, and I’m grateful to my real estate agent. Without a proper realtor, I think I might have overpaid for electricity and not received my full deposit. But I can’t recommend staying here. The apartment was dirty, with broken furniture and fittings, and some seats felt unsafe. It’s on a main road, so there was loud traffic and music at night, and it was awkward to walk anywhere. During my two-month stay, I had hot water for about one week. They fixed it once, but it only lasted that long, and my later complaint about the cold water was ignored. Management, Alina, tried to charge me in January for December’s utility bill. I also believe she tried to return only half my deposit, but sent the full amount after I showed her a screenshot of the contract. She threatened to cut off power and water if I didn’t pay. On arrival, her assistant was rude and unprofessional, took a photo of me for some reason, and wouldn’t give me the key until I paid the final month’s rent in full, even though that wasn’t in the contract. Alina had my WhatsApp and kept contacting me over all sorts of things. She accused me of making noise after 10 pm when I flushed the toilet or called my family back home, claimed I had guests when nobody visited during my whole stay, and even flirted with me. The manager Alina and her assistant were extremely unprofessional with guests. Avoid this place. It’s cheap, but not worth a dime.

A nice spot for renting an apartment!

We’re here on vacation with our child, and the location is genuinely great. There’s a pool, too. The furniture is old and worn, the sofa is dirty, the plumbing and TV don’t work, it took a week to replace the kettle, and there are no mosquito nets. I could have put up with those problems if it weren’t for Manager Alina. My contract clearly says cleaning and fresh linens are included every seven days. When I asked, they quoted 500 baht. I showed them the paid contract and asked why, then got a flood of angry emails threatening to cut off the electricity and evict me. I don’t recommend this place, and I’m leaving a negative review.

I live nearby and liked staying here. The rooms are large, with views of the pool, and there’s a kitchen. The pool and sun loungers are nice. It takes about 12-20 minutes to walk to the sea.
