We liked Chava so much that our five-night booking turned into seven. We had two rooms: a two-bedroom suite with a pool and a standard two-bedroom suite. Both were bright, spacious, and very clean. We were in B block, which was great because it’s away from the road. The pool suited us perfectly. For our two-year-old, there are three shallow sections where he could play safely and learn to swim. The food is pricier than at local restaurants, but the quality is really good. The staff were all lovely, from reception to the cleaners. Pam and Basil got to know our son Leo and spent lots of time playing and interacting with him. Highly recommend staying here.

The only thing I’d suggest is improving the pool water, which was a bit cloudy. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay at Chava Resort in Phuket and would recommend it. Housekeeping cleaned the rooms well every day, and breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always helpful with questions. They also helped organize excursions. We really appreciated being given early check-in and late check-out after our long flight.

The location made everything easy. The beach is very close, with massage places, restaurants, and shops just steps away. The pool at Chava Resort was beautiful, clean, and spacious, and was a lovely place to relax at any time of day. The restaurant was excellent too, with delicious food and great service. A very relaxing and comfortable stay, highly recommended.

We spent a week at The Chava Resort with friends and felt comfortable and relaxed the whole time. The spacious apartments were stylishly decorated and well equipped, so we felt at home while still having five-star hotel amenities. The pool and relaxation area were a peaceful place to unwind after a day out. It’s close to beautiful Surin Beach, but the area itself is quiet and away from the crowds. Breakfast was delicious, and we appreciated the extra services, including help organizing tours and the option to book massages. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling, and took care of the details throughout our stay. We highly recommend The Chava Resort for a luxurious getaway in a beautiful setting, and will definitely return.

Chava resort is in a wonderful spot on Surin beach. It’s peaceful and quiet, just right for a family getaway. Thanks to all the super friendly staff for being so helpful. They’re amazing.
