The sunset drinks at the 360° bar were a real treat, and the buggy rides around the grounds were quick and convenient. Our room was spacious, clean, and well equipped. Louise gave us a warm welcome at The Pavilions and took time to help us, which we appreciated. The room, though, wasn’t ready at the official check-in time. We were told to wait 30 minutes, but it ended up being an hour. They offered a complimentary drink, but we’d rather have had the room on time. We asked the next morning for late check-out to make up for it, but they couldn’t arrange that.

We had a lovely stay, thank you. The ocean view villa was beautiful and felt private and intimate despite being in a big resort. The staff were all attentive and lovely. Working around buggy availability was the main challenge, though the buggy rides were fun too.

Manny and Poonang were so kind and helpful, even booking a taxi on their own phone so we could get to the old town. The service was amazing, breakfast buffet was a highlight, and the Thai food was great. The resort felt like a peaceful little slice of paradise hidden away in Phuket. Our room was basically a two-person flat, with loads of space, a great bath, and a super cozy couch for movie night. A few things could’ve been better: the air conditioning was too cold, the switches were sometimes tricky to figure out, and we had twin beds even though there was plenty of room for bigger ones, which would’ve been more comfortable. We’d absolutely stay again.

Getting engaged here made our stay extra special, and Ben and the team helped organise a private dinner by the water that was just perfect. We spent nine nights in a Spa Pavilion Villa and loved it. It was spacious, spotless, and even better than the photos. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to, and the place had a calm, White Lotus kind of feel. The cocktails at 360 Bar were great too. We’ll definitely be back.

Our Ocean view villa was cozy and romantic, with a huge pool area, lovely sea views, and sunsets. We had free espresso, water, tea, and plenty of amenities. We booked directly, so some nice perks were included. Breakfast was fantastic too. Everything was spectacular from start to finish, thanks!
