The clubhouse is top notch, and the place itself is amazing. Construction noise nearby wasn’t as bad as some reviews made it sound. The beach is within walking distance, and 7eleven is pretty close, though carrying water back is a challenge. Bars and restaurants can be reached on foot, but it’s doable rather than comfortable. Everything else was great.
The staff were kind and quick to sort out anything that came up in our room. My family stayed for a full month after booking through Airbnb, and we had a wonderful time. The room was spacious, clean, and still looked modern and well kept because the property is quite new. We found the facilities convenient, and having a 7-Eleven nearby helped. The free shuttle to Maya Beach was great too, it’s absolutely beautiful. My daughter needed study materials printed for school. When we couldn’t find anywhere to do it, the juristic person staff helped us. I forgot to bring cash when I went to pick up the documents, but they were understanding and let me pay later. I kept using their printing service after that. The staff took good care of our family throughout the stay. I really appreciate their hospitality, kindness, and support, and want to thank them for the service they provide.
There are lots of pools to swim in. It’s a bit hard to find the place right now, since construction blocks it off. Once all the work is finished, it should be much more visible.
There are mosquitoes everywhere in this complex, even in the hallways, and sitting outside is impossible unless you want dozens of them around you. The construction noise is extreme too. Work goes on seven days a week from early morning until late at night. It’s supposed to start at 8:00 AM, but often begins much earlier, around 6:00 AM. The houses are so poorly insulated that the noise keeps waking you up. Some building management staff should honestly be dismissed for the way they deal with situations. One staff member shouted at and threatened our 6-year-old child until they were in tears. The staff clearly don’t know how to handle some situations and act very unprofessionally. Management does absolutely nothing about this!!!!
I stayed for five nights in an Airbnb. Traffic on the main road gets bad at peak times, and mosquitoes are everywhere. The condo is large, but depending on where your unit is, the parking building can be quite far away. Hauling luggage from the entrance to your room under the strong sun is a struggle, and there’s no properly covered drop-off or pickup lobby. The parking building itself isn’t well designed, with a very narrow driveway. If you have a big car, you’re better off giving up on parking inside. The condo staff, possibly the jurisdiction office, were extremely rude and not helpful at all. They just kept saying it was the house rule. The building uses cheap materials and has design flaws, like the sun screen in the yoga room not lining up at all. The gym equipment is new but cheap, and the gym isn’t open 24 hours. Don’t be fooled by the photos. You have to book facilities a day ahead. You can’t use or book one on the spot, even if nobody else has booked it.
