Tour De Phuket Hotel

The room was quiet, clean, and in order. The toothbrush was missing, but after we told reception, they brought one up. The aircon wasn’t very cold either. We mentioned it in the late evening and a mechanic came right away to fix it, so we were happy 😊 We got checked in quickly and were allowed to arrive early, which helped after the flight and transfer. Staff were polite and welcoming. The morning team did forget our requests a couple of times, so we had to repeat them, though I understand they were very busy with all the guests checking in for edc event. Special thanks 🙏 to Nong Pan, who took great care of us and made us feel at home 🥰. She suggested the in house scooter rental, which made getting to edc event easier. The location worked well for us. It’s near a main road towards the beaches, about 10-11km from Surin beach and 3km from Robinson Thalang lifestyle. Lotus mini supermarket is next door, about a five minute walk or less, and there are Thai food restaurants diagonally across the road. Renting a scooter here can save you from booking grab or bolt, which I find quite expensive in Phuket if you’re going to lots of places. There’s an indoor gym, a swimming pool, and a pool table at the outdoor bar just outside the hotel. Room service has Japanese, western, and Thai food. Breakfast is on the 3rd floor of the reception building from 7am -10am. The selection isn’t large and could be better, but the food was okay. I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews. If something’s broken or not working, let them know politely and they’ll come fix it. Respect goes both ways. Treat the staff with respect and manners and I believe they’ll do the same. Peace out ✌️

The room was spacious and nice, though finding dust and hair on the phone was shocking. Most of the staff were polite and friendly, and the bar team were cheerful. The receptionist could use a bit more encouragement to smile at guests. The hotel’s location is really poor, far from Patong beach, good restaurants, and pubs.

The staff were polite and helpful, which was the one real bright spot. The stay itself was disappointing. Phuket’s attractions and beaches are far away, and without a car or scooter it’s impossible to get around. Even shops nearby take transport to reach because the hotel sits beside a fast road that isn’t safe for pedestrians. There aren’t restaurants nearby either. At first the hotel looks clean and nice, but our room smelled strongly damp and moldy. The pool looks appealing, yet it’s inconvenient if your room doesn’t open directly onto it. There are only a few sunbeds, and the pool area gets no sun. The gym is small but well equipped, though it has no air conditioning and is very uncomfortable. Breakfast tastes good, but often runs out quickly. WiFi was very poor and not suitable for work. Even the alternative network reception gave us was weak.

We picked Toure De Phuket Hotel for EDC Thailand, and it worked well for getting to and from the event. The room was spacious and clean, and the reception team and management were friendly and helpful. There’s cool bike artwork around the hotel, a pool to cool off in, and a bar where the crew gave exceptionally good service. Try the woodfire pizza's if you get a chance. Robertson Mall is around a 12-15 minute walk away. For what I paid, it was great value and a pleasure to stay.
