The spa was fantastic, and our room was in excellent shape, especially for a property of this age. The restaurants could use more visible management, and both the restaurant and beach service could be better. We had a rocky first day at Trisara and started to question our choice, but Sabina and her team, especially Por, turned things around completely. Their commitment showed how much a strong Guest Relations team matters here. After that, we had some truly wonderful days, and the support made the experience unforgettable.

The Seafood Terrace stood out for its incredibly fresh seafood, and the food overall was excellent. Service was top-tier, with staff going out of their way to make the stay easy and enjoyable. The resort has stunning Andaman Sea views, and its private villas are spacious and thoughtfully designed, each with its own pool for comfort and privacy.

The food was delicious, and the restaurants, pool, and beach area were all amazing. Drinks are very expensive, though, an Aperol spritz was 1200B, about $40USD. Still, it’s a beautiful place and I wish I could spend every day there.

I attended a wedding here, held at villa 8. The steps leading down to the infinity pool were beautiful, and the Thai decor felt authentic. The cliffside setting creates dramatic scenery, while the rooms are classic and luxurious. The staff were kind and professional. This hotel has Phuket’s only Michelin starred restaurant. Highly recommended.

The view from our room, looking across the private pool, was one of those real wow moments you remember from travel. The property is beautiful, and the staff were wonderful. Incredible resort, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
