A private place with its own pool, just steps from the beach.

There aren’t major sights nearby, and getting around isn’t especially convenient. Still, Bang Tao Beach is close and wasn’t crowded when we were there, with a few bars along the shore. For a group looking for a quiet, tucked-away break, I’d recommend this place. The facilities were excellent: a roomy living area, five bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, BBQ area, and a lovely pool. Everything was spotless, and a crew came to clean the pool and facilities before we left.

It’s a nice villa, though I was a little disappointed by the owners’ attitude. The pool had far too much chlorine. There’s a decent gas grill and everything you need. The sea is about a five-minute walk through the Arinara Hotel grounds. Bike and car rentals are 100 metres away, the night market is five minutes by bike, and Tesco is seven minutes away.
