Villa Leelawadee

The pool has a long, unusual design, and the villa's architecture is incredible. From above, the building looks like an aeroplane, which is another striking feature. The location and views are incredible, and Mr Son was especially cool and helpful. There was a wide choice of food, and the fruit was very fresh and tasted great. A perfect destination for everyone.

The Thai food was a real highlight. We tried most of the dishes and couldn't fault any of them. It was better than 95% of the restaurants I visit, and there was no reason to go out. Villa Leelawadee sits in a magical location where I felt completely at peace with nature. The house was huge and in pristine shape, better than I expected. There aren't many tourist spots nearby, but we had no desire to explore. Over our 9 nights, I only left once to pick up supplies. After this, I think I'll avoid hotel holidays. Son and the team made the stay feel special. They noticed our routines and adjusted theirs to suit us, while keeping out of sight so we could enjoy our own space. They'd check in just enough to make sure we had what we needed. Their kindness, attention to detail, and hospitality made us feel welcome. Leaving was almost tearful. They feel like family now, and our two children have aunties and uncles at Leelawadee. We'll try to come back every year. Thanks, Son, Toy, Capo, Nut, and Noi. We miss you and can't wait to see you again. 10/10.

The staff looked after our family so well. They were warm, attentive, and helped us feel completely comfortable, and the chef's food was delicious. The property itself is gorgeous, with a fantastic view, a beautiful pool, and lots of space. It was very clean and beautifully designed and maintained. We highly recommend it.

The food was impeccable at every meal, and we felt thoroughly spoiled during our two weeks at Villa Leelawadee. The view from the pool and every window was unbelievable, especially on clear days when you could see islands and mountains on the horizon. Online photos really don't capture it. We felt more relaxed and connected to nature than ever before. Our four children bonded with the staff, who went above and beyond for all of us. When our daughter lost the tiny diamond heart from her necklace, which meant a lot to her, everyone searched the pool filters, bedrooms, and living areas. Nut amazingly found it by the pool towel stand, somewhere nobody would think to look. We were so grateful. The chef even braided our daughter's hair one afternoon while preparing meals, and Toy spent time playing with the girls and taking them around the villa. Their favorite nightly activity was walking with her and counting lizards on the walls before bed. From the moment we came through the entrance gate, the team welcomed us with lovely smiles and handmade flower bracelets for each of us. They brought welcome drinks and cool towels before showing us around the beautiful villa that would be home for the next two weeks. Nothing they did went unnoticed, and I hope the large tip I left when we departed showed how much we appreciated their hard work and care. Son is one of the kindest, most helpful and caring people we've met. Nothing we asked for was a problem, and he was always there when we needed him. I loved greeting him and the others in the morning over breakfast and having good conversations during the day. We also appreciated him teaching us basic Thai words to greet and thank local people. We left with full hearts and some tears, both sad and happy. It wasn't goodbye, just a thank you until we return. The staff have become family, and we'll keep in touch through WhatsApp. Thank you so much, Son, Toy, Nut, Noi, and Capo. You all have a special place in our hearts.
