Zcape1 Condo by Lofty

The cooker in the kitchen was only a tabletop one. It might work for boiling, but frying or making scrambled eggs was awful because the food kept burning. On top of that, the tap water smelled strongly and unpleasantly. Even after washing our clothes in the machine, they still had that unbearable odor. The condo fell short of what we expected, and those problems made the stay less enjoyable. I hope they get fixed.

The apartment was basic but in a good location. I booked through booking.com, and the host was incredibly rude. They tried to charge me again in cash, then came into the apartment while we were out and photographed our passports without permission, even though I’d already provided a passport photo with the booking. The washing machine broke with our clothes inside, and we couldn’t get them back. The host yelled at us, treated us badly over their own mistakes, and threatened us. There were many other disappointments too. I don’t recommend it. It felt unsafe.

Worst place I’ve stayed. Both air conditioners in the apartment run for only ten minutes before switching off. I contacted them, but they left the problem unfixed for four days. The blanket and pillow were dirty too. I can’t recommend this place.

Avoid host Nitty. I’d booked with her three times because staying at this Zcape1 condominium was convenient. The location was good, but she treated me very badly. On an earlier Agoda stay, the room was dirty, with black mold everywhere. The bed, though, was comfortable and smelled nice. I didn’t take pictures because I never thought I’d need to review it later. I had to stay another 2-3 days and made a new booking through Booking.com. That’s when things went wrong.
