P.P. Palm Mansion

The staff offered a refund and apologized, but I still don't know whose fault the booking problem was. I'd driven a long way and had already paid through Agoda after booking PP Palm Mansion, with the payment taken and the booking confirmed. When I arrived and showed the staff my booking number, they were quiet for a moment, then asked if I'd booked through Agoda. I said yes. They said all the rooms were full and asked what they should do. I asked whether they'd checked with Agoda, and they said they always check, then asked if they could refund me. I admit I'm disappointed. Honestly, I was already disappointed at the entrance. The place looks much older than in the photos, though for the price I shouldn't expect much. Still, it really is older than the photos show. If you're staying here, check with the staff. I've always booked through Agoda without a problem, and this is the first time I've encountered a case where I'd booked and paid but the rooms were full. I hadn't had a chance to rest, so I selected one star just to be able to post. I don't know how many stars to give it.

The rooms are good enough, and there's parking. It's next to a public park, so the air is good. However, during this COVID situation, the viewing may be a bit lacking.

It's not expensive and has parking. They moved me to an upgraded room because the air conditioning in my original room wasn't working.

It's right next to Sa Ka Phang Surin Public Park. Clean, convenient, and safe.
