I've traveled around Thailand by bike many times, and this was the warmest air conditioning I've ever had at a place I stayed. I complained and they moved me to another room, but it was just as bad. I couldn't sleep well all night.

The room had a small dining table and an outdoor area, and was fairly well equipped. That was about all we liked. It was west-facing and very hot when we arrived; even after several hours, the air conditioner couldn't get it down to a comfortable 26-27°. The refrigerator barely cooled, and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. Getting luggage to the elevator means first tackling several steep steps from the road. Parking is very limited, with some spaces so low that a sedan only just clears the roof; an SUV or pickup won't fit. The hotel is in a residential area with little nearby for food, just a small local store. We stayed one night and wouldn't come back when passing through Trang. It was under 500B a night, but we still found it hard to call this good value.

The staff were friendly, and Wi-Fi worked on my phone, though for some reason my laptop couldn't connect. There were ants all over the room, and the bed was hard and old.

Loved this hotel! The price was very affordable, the room neat and fabulous, and the view from the top was beautiful. It had a verandah and an outdoor sink. I'd book again next time.
