We picked this hostel because it’s within walking distance of the bus terminal, which makes it a handy stop when travelling overnight to or from Koh Kood. The rooms are very basic but were cleaned well. Breakfast was pretty bad, just cheap slices of bread and cheap jam.

I booked it for an overnight stop in transit, and it did the job. The accommodation is a pretty basic studio-style room, close to the main road where you can catch a songthew. I can’t recall what I paid, but I think it was very good value.

I was here for a week in Trat during low season, travelling on my own, and the hotel suited me fine. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice, with good air conditioning. Internet was a little patchy. Aside from that, it was a good stay and I’d be happy to come back.

It’s quiet at night, and you can walk to the town center in about 15-20 minutes. We’ll stay again next time we pass through Trat. Our standard room had a comfortable bed, cool AC, a dining table, a spot to work on a laptop, a large refrigerator, a kettle, a flat-screen TV, and good internet. Free coffee and toast are available around the clock. There’s also a laundry machine and a reverse osmosis water machine in the lobby. The parking lot is very large, though some of it is unpaved and none of it is shaded. Walk-in rates were 450-550B depending on the floor, with higher floors costing less. There’s no elevator.

We slept so well here, one of our best nights in a while during this trip. The location is quiet, the price is very good, and the room felt new and was spotless. The bed and pillow were really comfortable, and the staff were nice. There’s free coffee and bread at reception, plus good washing machine and dryer facilities. We’ll stay here again next time we’re in Trat. 😊👍
