There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, with larger grocery stores in the area too. It's easy to reach the highways, and the location is good. The place was clean and affordable, and there's a restaurant out front serving breakfast and lunch.

There isn't a lift, which is the downside. Still, this is one of the few affordable monthly rentals in this part of town. Rent is 4000 per month with a 5000 deposit, and electricity costs 5 baht per unit.

I've stayed here twice now. It's a peaceful, pleasant place, and the owners and staff are really helpful and friendly. There's parking and an evening security guard. Big C, cafe Amazon, Ubon square night market and other spots aren't far away.

A clean, roomy hotel in a quiet area, and very cheap for the quality. There are lots of bars and places to eat nearby. I can't fault the place.

A nice place at a reasonable price. I'd recommend staying here.
