The location is decent, which is the only reason I'm giving this more than one star. We stayed for a month, but the rooms were poorly maintained and the staff charged extra for everything. They first showed us a fully furnished room, then put us in a different one without bedding or pillows, which we had to buy ourselves. The AC barely worked even at full power, while the electricity bill was already high and charged at nearly twice the standard PEA rate. They also charged us for an extra day, even though we returned the key on the last day of the rental agreement. We paid because we just wanted to get out. Ubon has plenty of nice, modern apartments, but this isn't one of them.

The room was clean, with a comfortable big bed, good AC, and a large TV. The bathroom was small but clean. WiFi was free, fast, and stable, and there was free coffee in reception. Parking on the ground floor is a little limited. The location is convenient, near the hospital, with small restaurants and a 7-Eleven nearby. This place is popular with Cambodian visitors coming for medical checkups.

For 450 baht, this is a good value place to stay. The room was clean, the air conditioning and hot water both worked well, and the WiFi was good too. They offer free 3-in-1 coffee in the lobby, plus hot water for instant noodles. There's a 7-Eleven right in front, which is handy. The main difficulty for us was communication, since the receptionist couldn't speak English.

The service wasn't good, and the room had a lot wrong with it: a stained bed, musty smell, a leak, and dust and hair all over.

There are coin-operated washers, free Wi-Fi, and a water dispenser. A 7-Eleven is across the road, and getting in and out is easy. It wasn't crowded, and there's parking beneath the building. For me, the quality is about what the price suggests, so it's okay. 😊✌️👍
