Grand Perfect was a really pleasant surprise. The rooms were spacious, clean, and perfectly adequate, and they compare well with places costing twice as much. I’ve stayed in $10/night hotels I loved and $45.00 a night hotels that were sub par. In Thailand I can usually find clean, comfortable rooms for $25-35/night, and I have nothing bad to say about this one.

It’s not a bad place, though it’s being renovated at the moment. The area is built up, with lots of traffic and noise.

The price for locals differs from the one on the website, and the price at the counter is different too.
