The quiet setting was a big plus for me. Kitlada Hotel is about 10-15 minutes from Central Udon Thani and 15-20 minutes from the airport, so it feels peaceful while still being convenient. A vehicle makes getting around easier since it's a little beyond the city center. There’s free parking, a 24-hour reception, and laundry service. My room was spacious, clean, and looked after daily. The bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning worked well, and the large windows brought in good light. Wi-Fi was free and reliable for both work and entertainment. Breakfast came with the stay, with a reasonable choice of fresh Thai dishes and some basic Western food. The hotel restaurant also serves tasty meals at fair prices, though alcohol isn't available here. Staff were polite, friendly, and helpful from arrival to checkout, which made things comfortable. There are useful basics like free parking and laundry, and the calm surroundings suit anyone wanting a restful visit. I found Kitlada Hotel good value, with clean rooms and welcoming staff. Seems a solid fit for a short trip to Udon Thani, whether for work or with family.

The bed was easily the most comfortable I've had in Thailand, and the room was lovely and big. It also had a bath, a kettle, a fridge, and plenty of drinking water. We arrived well before check-in but got our rooms straight away. There’s a very large balcony, though a small table and a couple of chairs would make it more useful. Breakfast is free, mostly Thai, with fried eggs and toast as options for Western tastes. The restaurant is inexpensive and the food is good. I'm more than satisfied with the stay.

It's a cute hotel for a nice price, though a little out of the way. The rooms are clean and roomy, with a chair, plenty of counter space, and a small fridge. The bed was comfortable, but there’s no hot water heater for drinks. The bathroom is small, and the shower area sits lower than the rest, which is handy, except water can splash onto the raised part if you’re not careful. Breakfast buffet was adequate and had a reasonable selection. The staff member who checked us in was friendly, but her English wasn't very good. Usually that wouldn't bother us, except I asked her in Thai to repeat something I hadn't understood and she said it in English I couldn't make out.

I stayed in a Deluxe king bed room. It was spacious and beautiful, with a large balcony, soft bed, dressing table, wardrobe, and shelf. They provide 3 bottles of water each day. It's a good hotel, though overpriced, and easy to get around from with enough parking. Great value. Recommend staying here. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️
