It was spacious and comfortable enough for a few nights, with 711 and other convenience stores nearby. Still, 500 baht feels high for what you get; I think it should cost 350-400. The walls were quite dirty, there was bird poo on the balcony, and the towels had paint stains. It seemed they cleaned the room after guests checked out but didn’t clean it again after that. The soi was also really loud. The receptionist wasn’t very welcoming and didn’t seem keen to do their job. Around three stars, and not really worth the price.

I stayed four nights, and yes, I’d definitely come back. The walk-in rate is 500 baht and up, but Agoda may be cheaper. Check my photos for the room rates. Posted this review 9th Aug 2025.

The room is large and comfortable, with small armchairs and a couch. I especially liked the bed linen, which seemed the best quality used here, and the blanket kept me warm while the bed felt clean. The bathroom was clean enough, nothing special. The towel was large, thick, and good quality, but I was disappointed they didn’t provide a small head towel.

There are plenty of Thai food shops and other businesses nearby, including a Mini Big C back towards the main road, a 7-Eleven further down by the main road, and a Tesco in the other direction. The main road is about a 500 metre walk, with frequent songthaew and Udon City Bus services. Tahan Road is nearly a kilometre away in the opposite direction. I stayed five nights; the room was large and clean, the staff were pleasant, and the online photos accurately showed the accommodation. I’d stay again.

The hotel doesn’t report foreign guests’ stays to Udon Thani immigration. If you need immigration paperwork, you won’t appear in the system, and immigration may refuse to extend your visa or issue a residency letter, among other things. The hotel also allows more than two adults in a room. I saw five pairs of adult shoes and beds on the floor in room 311.
