Pasub grand hotel

The rooms themselves are fine, and the receptionists were friendly, but housekeeping was nowhere near good enough. I stayed for a few days and had to ask several times for the sheets to be changed because the bedding didn't seem clean. Whenever I saw the cleaning lady, she was on her phone or looking at herself in the mirror, in the hallway or bathroom. The place felt very, very wobbly. I won't return.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained. The hotel charges a 3% fee for credit cards. It would be better to avoid the fee and raise the rate a little instead. That's a Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) for the bank bringing its cardholders to the hotel as customers, not a bank fee. Booking.com had incorrect information saying the hotel only takes cash, and that misinformation loses customers.

It's a modern, very nice hotel with large rooms at a good price. The 711 is close, but you'll need transport. UD Town and the CBD are both a short trip away. The large bar and breakfast area is currently closed, though free coffee, biscuits, and other things are available in the lobby. Well worth the money, one of the best value hotels in Udon.

The included breakfast was good, and the room was comfortable and clean. Our third-floor room had a nice balcony with chairs and a table. It's a modern hotel, a bit outside the city center.
