For 450 baht, this was a huge bathroom by Thai standards, and the Panasonic air-conditioning was huge too. Perfect. The bath drainage could use some improvement.

The towel was so dirty and black it looked like a rag. I went downstairs for another one, and the staff asked, “What’s wrong with it?” I was shocked. Who would use something like that? They told me, “Just throw it away, it’s that black.”
