The owner was friendly, and I’d happily stay here again. For one night, it was excellent value: a comfortable bed, AC that worked well, good lighting, a nice big bathroom with a powerful shower, and a small balcony at the back.

For 600B, H2O was a great deal. It’s simple, but clean and roomy. We had the windows open because it was the cold season, and after 9pm there was hardly any traffic, so we fell asleep right away. Several good local Thai restaurants are within walking distance. You get what you pay for.

There are morning and evening markets nearby, and the main road is easy to reach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large, modern, spotlessly clean, and felt safe, with hot water, air con, a balcony, and good furniture. It has the feel of an upmarket boutique hotel. I’ll stay again.

It’s clean, well run, and good value. The only downside is that it sits right on the main road between Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai, so the rooms at the front could be a bit noisy.

The room was nice, clean, and very affordable, and the staff were awesome. When my wife got hurt in a bicycle accident, they helped us find medicine. We really appreciated it. Thanks for everything! :-)
