The people were nice, and the workers were helpful and smiling all the time. I enjoyed my stay and it was beautiful there. What I didn't like was the cleaning routine: they clean every day or every two days, not daily. Mostly they just make the beds, while you reuse towels for at least two days. That made the room look dirty, and as someone who loves cleaning, I think the toilet should be cleaned every day.

For the price, this is a mediocre three-star hotel. The rooms are a decent size, clean, and air-conditioned, and the pool is nice. But I wouldn't recommend staying more than a few nights if you're just trying to save money. The pool bar looked lovely, but it was closed during our one-night stay and there wasn't even music playing. The so-called gym is basically two treadmills, three exercise bikes, and a few 6kg dumbbells, so you can forget about getting a proper workout. The restaurant is more like a cheap buffet, and I couldn't tell whether it was open in the evening. Breakfast was tasty but very basic, and they tried to charge us despite it being included. The staff were nice and friendly, but not especially welcoming.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and housekeeping and the front desk were amazing. The rooms are cute and the pool is nice. It's good value for money. You can hear sounds from the corridor through the door, and the restaurant feels a bit plain and sparsely decorated. Still, I'd recommend the Pad Thai.

The cafe and breakfast area was poor. There were dirty plates on tables even though it was empty, and the guy on duty was sitting on his phone. The food wasn't replenished and there wasn't much choice. We paid, each had a slice of toast, then left. We stayed four nights after finding it listed as five star on Booking, but it didn't feel like the luxury you'd expect. The rooms were mostly clean, though the bedside tables, under the desks, and the worktops were dusty and dirty to touch. The front desk was quite rude. The day before we checked out, the manager reminded us we were leaving the next day and asked what time we were checking out. The location is poor, beside a main road, with nothing within walking distance. Probably two or three stars at best.
