The pool was a lovely place to unwind, and the hotel felt quiet and restful. Our king-size room was clean, with a bed that made it easy to sleep well. The front desk team welcomed us warmly and made check-in and check-out simple, answering our questions whenever we needed help. It felt like good value, and I’d happily stay here again near Phuket Town and recommend it.

For our first anniversary, the room felt special right away: it was spacious and spotless, with a beautiful view over the pool. The towel, flower, and leaf arrangement on the bed was the nicest decoration I’ve seen. The pool was well kept, with a depth of 6”, and they supplied extra towels and rubber slippers. I also liked the huge bathroom, especially the bathtub and removable blurring paper, which helped set a romantic mood. Free umbrellas and water bottles were handy, and I found Lonely Planet Thailand in the little library. Pray at reception deserves a mention. She was warm and fun, and seeing her each day felt like meeting a friend. The location worked well for us too: many day tours pick up here, and Old Town Market is a 12-minute taxi ride away. Highly recommended! ❤️

The atmosphere was relaxing, and the location made nearby attractions easy to reach. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. A nice choice for a short, pleasant getaway.

There was no lift, something the booking website hadn’t mentioned, and our room was on level 3. It also didn’t match what was shown online. The bathroom and toilet were quite run down, with a cracked toilet wall covered over with paint. There were ants all over the bedroom. The only toiletries supplied were shampoo and shower gel, so bring your own if you still decide to stay. Even the lobby had cracked tiles, with food waste and debris on the floor. The worst part was the power cutting out three times during the night on 8nov. Each time we woke up sweating in a stuffy, oven-hot room. Omg.
