Room 327: we stayed for a month and didn't get our deposit back. The landlord also cut off the water several times even though we paid the utility bills regularly. The apartment had a strong damp smell, and the whole house was infested with termites. They kept appearing in new batches and flying around the apartment, so getting rid of them was impossible. The place was always dirty and untidy, smelled bad, and the air conditioning in the lobby was out of order. This is the worst place I've ever lived.

You can walk to Central Phuket and the shops in just a few minutes. It's affordable and in a great location. Highly recommend it.

There’s plenty of parking, and entry is secured. The condo is economically priced and close to the Central shopping malls, Makro, the hospital, and Prince of Sonkla University. Patong Beach is about 15 minutes away. Just be aware there’s no pool or fitness facility.

I'm happy to be moving out tomorrow. The walls have no soundproofing, so the neighbours' pets howl all day and night, and women talk loudly until 5 a.m. every day. As for the room, it's simple and poorly furnished, with no living room, kitchen, sofa, or makeup mirror. It doesn't feel like a condo at all. Such a horrible place to stay.
