For 450 baht a night, the price felt fair for what you get. It's clean, the receptionist was really sweet, and the air conditioning, outlet, and shower hot water all worked fine. The rooms are a little worn and could use fresh paint. It's right in the city center, close to most attractions.

The bus terminal staff recommended this place. It was 450 THB a night with no deposit, and the location worked well, near a 7-Eleven and the night market. The room was clean, with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a hot shower. There was complimentary coffee in the morning, and they could arrange a motorbike taxi. The downside is that they speak Thai only.

At 450 baht a night, I thought it was pretty good and would recommend it. The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed and smart TV. Two of the lights flickered, though. I was on the second floor, where opening the doors and windows felt a bit creepy because the place looked abandoned, though it was probably just old. I'd close the curtains at night. Food options and the walking street are just a short walk away.

Shops and restaurants are easy to reach on foot from this central place, and the cars sit in a spacious covered courtyard. I stopped for one night while passing through and got a friendly welcome. My room on the second floor was clean, medium-sized, and well equipped. Someone even helped carry my luggage upstairs, thank you. The rooms are set back from the road, so traffic noise wasn't a problem.
