I love this family resort. The house was big and clean, with three big beds.

The owner was very kind. I cancelled a day before my stay and got a full refund. I’ll definitely use their service again next time.

I paid for a booking but never showed up, so I couldn’t cancel and get my money back. They’re stingy and only care about money. Terrible!

After talking to the hotel, I understood why some reviews said refunds weren’t given. Cancel a day before arrival and they’ll refund the full amount. If you cancel on the day, though, a refund isn’t possible, which seems fair since they can’t resell the room. The reviewer cancelled at 6 p.m. on the arrival day, so I can understand the hotel’s position.
