The service was excellent.

The noise was relentless, from morning until late at night, and we couldn't get any sleep. There was also a wedding by the pool with loud music, and scooters kept coming and going inside the grounds. The pool was open to outsiders, with all the hassles that brings. Drunk people fought near the beach and management did nothing. Cleaning staff started making the chairs squeak at 6 a.m., even though felt glides exist. Our requested room wasn't given to us. Instead, we got one on the first floor. Inside, the fridge leaked, the kitchen and bathroom faucets both leaked, the stovetop was filthy, the sheets were wet, some furniture was broken, and we were given a baby cot rather than an adult bed. The restaurant had dirty, uncleared tables, and breakfast was dry bread with leftover fizzy lemon Fanta instead of fruit juice. The parking attendant was unfriendly, and the staff were completely unprofessional. That's only a quick rundown. I really don't understand how this place has three stars. If you're feeling adventurous, try Essaada.
The welcome was great, and Sofian, the pool manager, deserves credit for being thorough and professional. The music, though, was far too loud.
I stayed at the "Shab'a Hotel" for two days and was shocked at how dirty and neglected it was. The staff seemed not to care for the property. The air conditioners didn't work, and the listed refrigerators were out of order too. Food arrived slowly, served on a plate. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. May God not forgive whoever brought us there.
During the week I stayed there in 2019, the residence offered only the bare minimum.
