Verdi Tunis Beach Resort

I spent three months here, and the staff did me a really great favor during that long stay. The place has a restaurant, cuisine, beach, pool, gym, café and bar, so you can get what you need in one place. It’s a great resort, and I highly recommend it, especially for the kind, hospitable staff. My warm regards to madame lamia, internal manager mussier mohamed ali jlaiel, and all the friendly staff.

The food was generally good, though they really should change the coffee they use. It’s a bit far from downtown, and getting to the nearest lively places by INdrive costs at least 20 TND. The lobby feels as if you’ve stepped back into the monarchy era, with an aristocratic touch, and the view from the pool area is stunning. The rooms were a letdown, though, and felt outdated. My locker was stuck, and renovation work in my cluster meant noise overhead that wouldn’t stop. They changed my room after many calls and a night. In the new room, the electrical card only worked to turn on the power after several tries each time. It feels like a hotel that used to be luxurious.

The food was delicious, and the staff were knowledgeable and welcoming, almost like family, while still staying professional. My son and I had a lovely experience, and the cleaner sana was very good too. Muhammed, the general manager, is hands-on and clearly wants the best for guests. He’s done a very good job, and you can see it in how accommodating the staff are. Fantastic people, and I can’t wait to go again. I’d highly recommend them.

During our workshop stay, everyone on the Verdi Tunis Resort team went out of their way to make us comfortable. Madam Lamia at the Guest Relations desk was warm and approachable, Mr. Ashraf from the IT helpdesk helped promptly and efficiently, and Mr. Walid and the restaurant team gave exceptional service. I’d planned to stay another week, but an attractive offer from the neighboring hotel stopped me this time. Maybe on my next visit. My heartfelt thanks to the whole team, and all the best.
