Anais Hotel

The food was good and had plenty of variety, and the rooms were clean. The service was excellent, and everyone was wonderful, from the maids and entertainers to receptionists and waiters. I was especially impressed by the waiters Rami and Nasser, along with receptionists Ala and Imed. I recommend this hotel!

The room was okay, though the toilet could have been cleaner, and the food could be better. It wasn't bad, I'd give it 7/10. The cleaning staff can also make lovely decorations for your wife or girlfriend, which is a nice surprise. The best thing here is the animation team. They offer lots of games and activities, including ping-pong, beach volleyball, darts, yoga, and aerobics, and they're always around. With them there, it's impossible to be bored. There's plenty of space and free umbrellas at both the beach and the pool.

I don't recommend this hotel. A woman took two white bags of our clothes to be washed and said they'd be ready tomorrow. It turned out she'd taken them to your house. We were robbed of clothes worth 700 pounds.

A disastrous experience. The staff were unprofessional and had trouble communicating in English. We waited two hours at reception before getting our room.
