I had a pleasing trip and honestly can’t complain about anything. It’s not luxurious or perfect, but it’s still really good for the price, which makes it a great deal. People can’t compare it with five-star hotels and then say this place is worse.

The service came close to disrespectful. When I ordered coffee, the server nearly spilled half of it while handing it over. The food was cold, bland, and unappetizing, and the bed sheets had stains. I didn’t see even one clean plate.

Our room was 328, with a balcony facing the pool. The music at night kept us from sleeping, and the TV only had Arabic channels. There’s no internet in the rooms, and if you book a room for three, one person has to sleep on a couch. The food wasn’t bad, but the dining area was too crowded. There are only two pools, the main one and another with slides, so we were very disappointed with this hotel. I don’t recommend going there.

After a 15-hour trip, we arrived only to spend five hours waiting at reception before we could get into our room. We were exhausted. When we finally got there, it was dirty and smelled bad. Being near the beach was the only good thing. Everything else was a disappointment, and I don’t recommend it.

We knew it wasn’t luxurious, and that’s totally normal, but the service was catastrophic. Staff lean in and yell at people. I wouldn’t recommend it.
