The training room had good equipment, and the coffee breaks were well organized. The whole setting was clean, comfortable, and professional. Services throughout the hotel were excellent, and the staff were respectful, helpful, and professional. My experience was excellent from beginning to end. The hotel was very clean, the rooms comfortable and nicely decorated, and the international restaurant had plenty of delicious choices. Everything was organized with care. Honestly, 10/10. I'd highly recommend this venue to organizations and professionals looking for a pleasant, well-run, prestigious place for their participants.

We took a quad bike trip through the hotel rep, which was great fun. We also booked a well-organized day trip to Tunis and Sidi Bou Said, the blue-and-white village, through the Easyjet rep. The guide pointed out places to shop, so my advice is to compare prices. One last tip: there are a few cats around the resort. The resort sits by the beach and was a great spot for a relaxing week's all-inclusive holiday. There are three pools, including an infinity pool beside the beach, and the main building has a lift and disabled access throughout. Our block was only two floors, so there was no lift. The gym equipment was in good condition and adequate for my needs. The whole place, including our room, was very clean. The room was adequate for us. Staff were friendly and greeted us with smiles. They sorted out any problems quickly and without fuss. The food was mostly French and Tunisian, but we found something to eat each day. There's also a 24-hour bar, snack and coffee café with a reasonable range of hot food.

The padel court was really fun, and it's free for guests. There are four restaurants, a 24/7 bar, and plenty of activities and facilities, all in a great spot by the beach. Momo, the hotel activities captain, is funny, welcoming, and genuine. He makes sure you're looked after and having a good time, whether you're there for a day or a week. At the spa, Salwa can walk you through the packages, which come at great prices, with lovely hospitality. The staff made me feel welcome and included. I had an amazing stay and will definitely come back.

We spent five days here and had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The atmosphere was lovely, and the hotel had everything we needed. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the place was spotless even when the weather was poor.
