The staff were a real highlight. Reception, restaurant, bar and housekeeping were all welcoming and gave excellent service, including both morning and evening reception shifts. The atmosphere was great, and the food tasted good, though there wasn't much variety. The room was far below what I'd expect from a four-star hotel, more like a budget hostel, and the elevator frequently stopped working. There were hardly any electrical outlets: one shared by the TV and fridge, so one had to be unplugged to use the other, plus one for everything else. For a double room, that wasn't enough to charge two phones, a laptop and other devices. The towels were clean but seemed poor quality. Daily cleaning was the room's one clear positive, so thanks to the housekeeping team, though I didn't catch their names. The door often needed a shoulder shove to open, which was a nuisance every time. The owners really need to renovate and modernize the rooms.

Traveling alone, I never felt on my own. Everyone was very friendly, especially azyz and dhiya from the animation team. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.

Such a good atmosphere, and the hotel was clean with good food and friendly people. The receptionist was always cheerful and ready to help with anything we needed. Highly recommended, thank you!

We had a terrible stay at this hotel, despite its four-star claim. We were robbed as soon as we arrived, and theft seems to happen there frequently. The manager didn't seem concerned or take proper action, just telling us to file a police complaint. I felt Arabs and foreign guests were treated differently, and some staff seemed opportunistic. There were too few security cameras and poor lighting. When my husband went out with the key by mistake, I asked for a spare, but both the receptionist and manager said none was available. It felt like retaliation for standing up for my rights. I couldn't believe this was happening in a four-star hotel. There is no real security inside, and you can't relax without worrying your belongings could be stolen. It's a disaster. The manager sometimes spoke provocatively and defended staff without question. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, alone or with family.

The entertainment team were great, thanks to team menara. We also had excellent service and a warm welcome from Ms. Hanan and Mariem. The manager was humble, and chef Belkacem was the best. For me, this is the best hotel in Tunisia.
