The room was comfortable and roomy, and the staff were genuinely helpful. There’s a lot on site too, like a currency exchange, supermarket and other facilities. I liked the drinks, desserts and salads, and for the price the stay felt reasonable. The main food was a different story: the grilled meat and chicken seemed frozen and tasted awful, and the oil for the fries looked like it hadn’t been changed in ages. Getting online in the room was almost impossible, so you’ll need a local SIM. The restaurant and pools were about a five-minute walk from our room, which got inconvenient. Evening music and shows didn’t interest me, though maybe that was because it was low season. For what we paid, it was still acceptable.

The place was quiet and peaceful, just right for switching off. My room was clean and cozy, and the staff were attentive and kind. I had a really restful stay and would recommend it to anyone after a calm break.

The atmosphere here is great, and I love having the freedom to spend my vacation as I like. The food was great, everything was very clean, and the bartenders were fantastic. The entertainment team was great too. I’ll definitely be back many more times.

We stayed two days, and everyone we dealt with was warm and friendly. The hotel itself is nice, and I appreciate the service. But food matters a lot to me. I worked in the food business in London for more than 20 years, and I’m saying this as someone who knows and loves food: none of the main courses had any taste. They were completely plain, with no seasoning. The food is zero out of ten for me. Please make some changes soon.

We were here for two weeks, three adults and one child. The rooms were clean, and the friendly cleaner came every day. The others in our group liked the food, though I personally didn’t, so meals were hard for me. It was mostly off-season, so animation was often not running and things felt a bit boring. Nobody told us about the activities or events, which meant we missed almost all of them. All in all, it was a good stay.
