Marina Cap Monastir Appart Hôtel

From the USA, this was a perfect visit, and the apartment was amazing value for the price. The room is basic and has some imperfections, but was generally very nice and clean. The location has great views, plenty of restaurants close by, and the main sites and louage station are only a short walk away. Reception staff spoke perfect English and were incredibly kind and helpful. The property surpassed my expectations.

This hotel feels unsafe for tourists. I don't want to tell the whole story or remember that night, but I can say it really didn't feel safe. Instead of apologizing, the hotel manager may send you threatening messages about your comments. Be aware of this hotel.

The kitchen in our apartment was missing a sponge, washing liquid, and enough utensils, so there wasn't much point in cooking there. The general maintenance could also use attention, and the internet was horrible. We barely had a connection, but when I needed work calls, the staff let me make video calls at reception and were really nice about it. The staff, service, and rooms were nice. I think his name was youseff, a young man at reception, who helped organize transportation. He was professional and friendly, thank you :)

It’s easy to get around from here. Monastir’s attractions are within walking distance, there are loads of cafes and restaurants to choose from, and a taxi can be arranged through reception or picked up on the corniche a short walk away. Parking is easy and security is there 24 hours. A really lovely place in the heart of Monastir Marina, with excellent staff and spacious, lovely apartments.
