Breakfast was tasty, though the drinks had a salty taste. The tap water used in them isn't considered drinkable for Europeans. We liked the tropical feel of the courtyard, and the staff were friendly. The rooms are very basic and could've been a little cleaner, though ours was acceptable. In room 103, the bathroom floor wasn't level, so shower water stayed there and left the whole room damp. Food and drink prices are close to European prices. For the price, it's still a good hotel.

I haven't stayed overnight here, but I've visited a few times for different reasons, and the service has been amazing every time. The garden, architecture, pool and cafe all have a lovely vibe. The staff are kind and professional, and I'd give the service 10 out of 10. I definitely recommend it.

The music made it impossible for me to get the sleep and rest I came for. Apparently, they rent the venue for weddings, but that should be made clear before someone books a room. The place is small, the wedding music was loud, and even after the party ended, the lounge kept playing music with an irritating bass late into the night. They wouldn't stop, even after I spoke to them. I had a very bad experience and don't recommend this place at all. The food was awful too. The chef refused to serve me because she was busy cooking for the wedding. Reception had to convince her to make me a small portion of chicken skewers with fried pickles, which cost 22 DT. They should be glad I won't sue. I'll never come back, and neither will the 250 riders in my motorcycle group.

The service wasn't for me. It takes ages for the waiter to bring your food or the bill. The cake wasn't fresh, though luckily I didn't pay for it. The crêpes weren't made with Nutella like the menu said, and there was no soda in the mojito. I'm not coming back.
