The place has a real soul and an authentic charm, with a beautiful mix of traditional and modern design. It was a serene, calm setting for business meetings and relaxation. I had an exceptional experience, though the heavy traffic is noticeable since it's right in the city centre.

I'd definitely recommend staying at Les Olivers while visiting Sfax. It's a fancy historic hotel in an amazing location, with professional service and personal attention, all at great prices.

The location made getting around easy: the Medina and several restaurants are within walking distance, and there's a grocery store just a few meters away. The room was spacious, with a good-sized wardrobe, and the bedding was clean, though the mattresses could use an update. Breakfast was fair, with the basics like bread and cereal but not much Western food. We had lunch at the on-site restaurant one day; the food was tasty and reasonably priced.
