Hotel La Tour Blanche

The staff were kind but couldn't do anything about the noise, which made it impossible to sleep until all the hotel restaurants closed at 2am. Being right across from the beach is the only good thing about this hotel. Avoid it!

Wael and Youssef made me feel especially well looked after. They were friendly, attentive, and professional, helping with my luggage, sharing local tips, and checking in before I even had to ask. The whole team welcomed me warmly and made my stay comfortable and memorable. Service was quick, smooth, and always with a smile, and their kindness created a level of warmth you rarely find, even at top-rated hotels. Hotel La Tour Blanche exceeded my expectations. I'd gladly recommend it for both the lovely place and the caring service, and I will definitely return to see Wael, Youssef, and the rest of the staff.

A disappointing stay at a very poor hotel that lacks even the basic standards you'd expect from a property of this size.

The location in Tunis is lovely, but the service really let us down. My friend, a YouTuber visiting Tunisia to make content about the country's beauty, was staying there after I booked through an app. I told the hotel ahead of time and mentioned the potential free exposure on YouTube. He arrived two hours before check-in and sat in the restaurant for coffee. A waiter asked if he planned to order food, then told him to move to another corner when he said he only wanted coffee. We also kept asking for a water boiler, which only arrived on the final night and didn't work. The air conditioner in his Deluxe room was faulty too, even though that room was a free upgrade through my Genius account.
