Breakfast was a highlight, with tasty food, plenty of options, and everything well organised each morning. Hamdi was especially helpful, professional, and friendly, and his upbeat manner made my stay even better. I had an amazing time and would gladly come back. Highly recommended!

The hotel stays quiet even when it seems busy, and the common areas and dining room have plenty of space. Rooms are large, very clean, and well equipped. Every staff member I met was professional, and the front desk team were especially kind, patient, and attentive to every detail. I've stayed at all the hotels in Sousse, and this has to be the best.

The biggest letdown was that there was no daytime or evening entertainment. Also, as all-inclusive guests, we didn't seem to get as much attention as people paying separately for food and drinks. The hotel lets other people come in for meals and drinks, and they seemed to get better service. Ibrahim and the man working by the pool were exceptions, of course. Both the Tapas restaurant and Sendai sushi bar had smaller menus, but the food was tasty and good quality. Our all-inclusive package also included a daily visit to Cafe Aga, though service there was lacking: we got one drink and weren't offered another unless we paid. If I came back, I'd choose half board instead. I think the experience might be quite different. The pool and beach were lovely. The sea was much warmer than the pool, but after sunbathing all day, it was nice to cool off in the pool. We were on the 6th floor with a limited sea view. The housekeeping switch outside the room let us signal whether we wanted it cleaned, and our room was always tidy. Most of the service was just okay, apart from a few staff. Ibrahim in the buffet restaurant was always friendly and attentive, making sure we had drinks and checking in. The man covering the bar and pool area greeted us every morning with two towels, found us a good spot by the pool, and offered drinks and food. The food was delicious, and we had a great holiday and a nice winter tan.

The location is excellent, with a lovely beach and the medina not far away. Staff are friendly, and there are several pools. The gym is small but has what you need. The rooms are dated, so don't expect the same standard as other Movenpick hotels. It's still probably the best option in souuse. I found it frustrating that sauna access wasn't included in the stay. On my last visit, a staff member let me use it for free, so it seems to depend on who you ask.
