The owner was so kind, helped my husband and me arrange transport, and made us feel calm with his wonderful attitude. He speaks excellent English, which was a real help for us with our bad French. The place is super basic, but phenomenally cheap and in an excellent location. I slept well and would stay again. Thanks for having us!

The owner was very helpful, and everything is close by from this very central spot. My room was spacious with a private bathroom, and you can park right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was simple but tasty, just bread, butter, and tea. The quality felt fair for the price. One thing to know: although the reservation says air conditioning is included, it costs an extra 10 dinar to use.

Abdul was kind and welcoming, and his advice about public louage to the Ksars, including the best time to go, was useful. We booked a half-day car trip to see all the recommended Ksars and save time. His quote was fair, he didn't overcharge, and the drivers he suggested were polite and fun. The hostel is central and affordable, with basic rooms and clean sheets, just as expected. Al Bacha cafe across the street has great pastries and breakfast. A night or two here works well for visiting the Ksars. Thank you 🙏

The nearby louage stations for local sites are just around the corner, and a taxi to the long-distance station costs about 3 dinar. For a basic backpacker visiting the nearby sites, this place does the job. The owner is really friendly and a great host. The room has a basic twin bed and a shared bathroom, which is what you're paying for. Breakfast is continental, with bread and coffee, and there's a friendly meat shop downstairs for dinner. I stayed two nights.
