I had a very bad stay. The room was dusty and unclean, and I found used sheets. I had to insist that they be changed. There was no housekeeping during my stay, although someone had clearly been in my room. The hotel was dirty and had no amenities. My smartwatch and other personal items went missing, and the hotel denied knowing anything about it. The CCTV wasn't working.

We mainly chose this place for the gym, but the big machine was broken and apparently had been for some time, so there were only free weights. The breakfast was the one real plus, with plenty of choices. There were two of us, but only one large towel in the room when we arrived. We asked reception five times, at the desk and by phone, and it took a day and a half to get another.

I've stayed here before and like the hotel. My room was perfect, with a beautiful park view, and both the plumbing and air conditioning worked perfectly. The pool area was clean and had sun loungers available. A special thank you to Sabri. He helped me sort out organizational matters, and his kindness and positive attitude really stood out.

The room was modern and well equipped, with working air conditioning, and the bathroom was clean and nice. The hotel's location in Tunis also made it easy to get around and explore. My one complaint was that housekeeping came at 9:20 AM, which felt too early while guests might still be in their rooms. I think 11:00 AM would make more sense. I'd recommend the hotel for its location and modern amenities, with that timing reconsidered.

The rooms have great utilities, and the staff were warm, welcoming, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommended for the service and great value.
