There was plenty of parking in the hotel’s lot, and the rooms were clean, a good size, and had all the amenities I could want. I ate at the Italian restaurant on the first floor, where both the service and food were good. The breakfast buffet was okay but nothing special, and the Tunisian dinner buffet was much the same.

Some of the staff were friendly and polite, though a couple weren’t as helpful. In particular, the receptionist wouldn’t cooperate when I asked for a receipt for my company. Still, I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel for its food, rooms, and convenient location. It’s just a quick 10-minute drive from the airport. My room was spacious and very clean, with a lovely view of a green area, a beautiful tree, and birds singing. That was so relaxing, and the huge TV was a nice bonus. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets had lots of choices, and the food quality was consistently very good.

The room was okay, but the hotel feels dated. More than half the staff came across as extremely rude, though the cleaning ladies were an exception. The worst were the men working the evening front desk. They seemed annoyed by everything, looked exhausted, and would glare at me whenever I asked something. I know what long shifts are like, but this was another level. I felt hated, and every question seemed to agitate them. I wouldn’t recommend it to international guests or people on holiday. It really doesn’t have a fun vacation feel.

The hotel hosted an African diplomatic cultural event today celebrating cultures from around the world 🌍✨. It was nice, and we had a little fun enjoying the atmosphere. Otherwise, it was just a normal hotel experience.

My room was dirty, and the whole place smelled awful, like it was old and hadn’t been properly maintained. The customer service was rude and completely unprofessional. I didn’t enjoy any part of my stay and regret booking here. It was a nightmare from beginning to end, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere.
