The breakfast was terrible, and loud noises inside the hotel woke me early. Staff were awful and completely unprofessional. They even tried to charge me extra just because I called reception and dialed multiple numbers. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had, and I’ll never go back.

The kettle in the room was really dirty, but everything else was okay. I met two cleaning staff in the corridor yesterday, and they were lovely. The kitchen ladies are the best, honestly, so friendly, respectful, and active. They deserve a raise!

The location isn’t great for getting a taxi, as you have to walk out to find one. The staff were nice and arranged an early check-in, and breakfast was nice too.

Chibani, the woman preparing petit déjeuner, was so nice and helpful. She gave amazing service to me and my family, and I was happy enough to want to write this review. Breakfast was good, everything was very clean, and I can’t complain at all for the price. It was worth every pound. From London, UK. Kind regards, Sayed

The only real problem was a horrible smell from the air-conditioning around 6 a.m. It was so strong that it woke me up. Apart from that, the one-night stay was okay, and for the budget, what they offer is excellent. You get what you pay for. I was in Tunis for a day between flights. I called from the airport around 10 a.m. to ask about early check-in, and they said yes. My room was ready 10 minutes after I arrived. It was spacious, clean, and organized, with a large bathroom, minibar, kettle, and TV. Breakfast was varied and tasty, and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the woman in the restaurant. The location is very central, with plenty of shops, cafés, bars, and restaurants nearby.
